Aztec Colache - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups zucchini, diced
    1 cup green beans
    1 medium green bell pepper, seeded & diced
    1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
    1 dash each salt & white pepper
Preparation
    Spray large saucepan with Pam, add onions and saute until softened.
    Add zucchini, green beans and pepper, cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. (Measure single servings.).
