Texas Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs hamburger
    2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon oregano
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 quarts boiling water
Preparation
    Brown burger and then add all spices till blended.
    Add boiling water and simmer to reduce to a pudding thickness.
    Part out after cool into covered containers and then you can freeze.
    Will last up to 4 monts frozen appox 1 week fresh in refridgerator.
    Top with diced onions and mustard.
