Grecian Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
    Arrange tomato and onion slices on a plate.
    Sprinkle with the feta cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Drizzle with oil.
    Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
