Marbled Chocolate Shard Garnish For Cocktails - Pete Evans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

100 g dark chocolate
50 g white chocolate
Preparation

Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate in separate bowls.
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Drizzle over the dark chocolate, then drizzle over the white chocolate.
Using a spatula, spread the chocolate to 1mm thick creating a marbled effect.
Cool slightly, then score into large squares.
Refrigerate to set.
