Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 cups plain flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts
    Cream Cheese Frosting
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1/2 cup melted margarine
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix all of the cake ingredients together.
    Pour into a 13x9-inch pan greased with margarine.
    Bake for 35-45 minutes.
    Blend all of the frosting ingredients until smooth.
    Frost cake while hot.
