Peach Smoothie With Cardamom For 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh peach, washed and pitted (chopped or sliced and I skipped peeling)
    1/2 cup kefir (I used plain)
    2 drops pure almond extract
    1 small pinch ground cardamom
    1/2 teaspoon honey (sugar is optional)
    filtered water (optional)
Preparation
    Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add a little bit of sugar of your choice.
    And if you like your smoothie less thick, add filtered water about 1/4 cup at a time, blending to desired consistency.
