Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup cornmeal
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/3 cup white sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 cups milk
    50 g vegetable shortening
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a large bowl, then mix using a hand beater (no longer than 1 minute) Pour into 12 large muffin cups.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
