Grilled Orange Chicken On The George Foreman Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 orange
1/4 cup orange juice, no pulp
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lime juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Preparation

Chop the orange into pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a Zip-Loc bag.
Massage the bag for a few minutes.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Grill breasts for 4-8 minutes, or until juices run clear.
