Ginger Thai Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon lemongrass, chopped
1/4 cup bamboo shoot, cut into thin strips
2 cups fresh green beans, cut in half LENGTHWISE and blanched
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 lime, juice of
2 cups long grain rice, cooked
Preparation

Heat oil in wok or medium frying pan.
When oil is hot, add beef, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, bamboo shoots, beans, red pepper flakes and fish sauce.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes on high heat, stirring.
Remove from heat and add the lime juice.
Serve over rice. Enjoy.
