Best In Town Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon margarine
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (11 1/2 ounce) can v-8 vegetable juice
1/2 cup red wine
Preparation

I used 1 1/2 pounds of Johnsonville spicy hot sausage,removed from casing. You can use mild sausage if your prefer.
Brown sausage,drain and crumble into small pieces.
Saute onions and garlic in margarine.
Add to crock pot all ingredients.
Mix well.
Simmer for 6-8 hours.
