Apple Honey Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups oil
    2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/3 cup apple juice
    3 tablespoons liquid honey
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Whirl all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into sterile jars of decorative bottles with snug fitting lids. Store in the fridge for 1 month.
    Shake well before using!
