Ice-Cream With Espresso Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons ground espresso beans
    1 cup boiling water
    4 cups vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine coffee and water in coffee plunger.
    Stand for 2 minutes before plunging.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Scoop ice-cream into serving glasses.
    Pour coffee over.
    Serve with sponge fingers if desired.
