Cottage Cheese Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 g cottage cheese
    100 g grated cheese
    150 g whole grain oats (not 'instant')
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 large eggs
    50 ml oil (optional)
    1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons yeast extract (Vegemite, Marmite etc.)
    1 teaspoon mixed herbs (e.g. Italian herb mix)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well together.
    Press into a greased flan dish.
    Bake at 180 C for approximately 45 minutes to an hour, until brown.
