Low Carb Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lbs roast
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    pepper
    3 tomatoes, quartered
    2 onions, sliced
    2 garlic cloves
Preparation
    Rub seasonings into the roast and chill 30 minutes.
    Puree tomatoes, onions and garlic in processor.
    Place roast and pureed sauce in a large pot and simmer 1-1/2 hours.
    Turn roast and simmer an additional 1-1/2 hours.
    Slice and serve with sauce.
