Potsie'S Famous Fried Bolony Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices white bread
    2 slices , thick cut balony
    1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    1 slice of a large onion
    1 slice of a large ripe tomatoes
Preparation
    It ain't rocket science or quantum physics. Just make the sandwich.
    Tip: score the balony slices with a knife and they won't curl up when frying. I like to fry them until they are just a little blackened but still plenty greasy. If the grease doesn't drip down your arm and off your elbows then you have overcooked it.
