Shrimp With Orange Pineapple Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup pineapple preserves
    1/4 cup orange marmalade
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tablespoon water
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1 lb cooked shrimp, medium sized, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine pineapple preserves, orange marmalade, lemon juice, water and cornstarch.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes or til thickened.
    Chill until serving.
    Serve with the shrimp.
