Jerk Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 inch ginger, fresh, sliced
    3 habanero peppers, whole (more if you like it hot)
    5 -6 garlic cloves
    6 -8 green onions
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup thyme, fresh
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar, white
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet or 2 tablespoons maggi seasoning
    2 tablespoons ground allspice
    2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender and puree to a thick sauce.
    Let it sit overnight before use.
    Marinate meat overnight.
