Cheddar Potato Casserole Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Preparation

In alarge mixing bowl, combine hash browns, onion, 1/2 cup (1 stick margarine, sour cream, soup, and cheese, and mix throughly.
Grease 9x13 inch baking dish, and pour into it.
Combine corn flakes, and remaining 1/2 stick melted margarine, and sprinkle over top of the casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes or until the edges start to bubble.
