Apple Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    3 cups diced apples
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
    Mix with your hands as you would a meatloaf, gently but thoroughly; do not use a spoon or mixer.
    Bake in an ungreased 9x13 inch pan for 1 hour.
    Cool before cutting.
