Bolo De São Pedro (Saint Peter'S Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon grated lime, skin
4 eggs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
cinnamon
2 cups fine cornmeal
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons scant baking powder
1 cup guava paste, cut in small cubes (optional)
Preparation

Siftt flours and baking powder. MIx in all the other ingredients.
Put in 13\" x 9\" well greased pan and bake in 350 F oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cut in squares and serve it.
