Kielbasa Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 inches pie shells, uncooked
2 slices cooked ham, slivered
2 tablespoons chives, snipped
1 ounce parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
pepper
1/2 cup kielbasa, diced
1/2 lb swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation

Sprinkle pie shell with meat, chives and cheeses.
Beat eggs lightly with half and half.
Season to taste with pepper.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes until crust is brown and filling is set.
