Finnish Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dressing
    1 small onion (grated)
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    4 tablespoons half-and-half
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    Salad
    1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
    1 lb fresh mushrooms (sliced)
    1 quart salad greens
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients for the dressings, set aside.
    Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Saute mushrooms until soft.
    Add the mushrooms in with the salad greens, pour over dressing. Toss to coat.
