Low Cholesterol Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 (13 ounce) can evaporated skim milk
    3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon rum flavoring
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Whip together egg substitute and sugar, combine with two milks and flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Chill overnight.
    Dust with nutmeg before serving.
