Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 cups bite-sized pieces cooked chicken
1 cup slivered almonds
2 cups celery, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
2 cups potato chips or 2 cups chow mein noodles (More Or Less To Preference)
Preparation

In Large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
Stir until smooth, then mix in the remainder of the ingredients.
Put mixture into a baking dish.
Top with a thick layer of either crumbled Potato Chips or Chow Mien Noodles.
Bake at 3503F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
