Japanese Shrimp Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1/2 teaspoon togarashi black pepper (Japanese) or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Blend all the ingredients in a bowl.
    Add some salt and pepper, to taste.
