Hawaiian Style Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup nonfat milk
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
10 slices bread, cubed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except bread.
Fold in bread gently.
Pour into 2-quart unbuttered casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Top with raisins and serve.
