Honey Gingerbread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon mace
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 cup honey
1 cup sour cream
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar and spices, then beat in the honey and sour cream.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
Pour into a greased and floured 13 X 9-inch pan and bake at 350F 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
