Peanut Butter Energy Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups peanut butter
    3/4 cup honey
    2 1/4 cups oatmeal
    2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
    Process oatmeal in blender or food processor.
    Mix everything together in a Bosch or other heavy duty mixer.
    Form into 30 balls (~33 grams each).
    Extras may be left at room temperature, or in fridge, or in freezer -- experiment and see what you like best!
