Pineapple Sea Foam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups miniature marshmallows or 6 large marshmallows
    1 (1/3 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
    1 1/2 cups boiling water
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    2 5/8 ounces crushed pineapple, with juice
    1 cup whipped cream
Preparation
    Melt marshmallows in double boiler. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese, melted marshmallows, and stir well. Let stand until thickened. Add crushed pineapple and juice. Fold in whipped cream. Set until firm.
