Low Carb Coconut Almond Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup ground flax seed meal
    2/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
    2 tablespoons chia seeds
    3 ounces sliced almonds
    2 tablespoons coconut oil
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    1/3 cup eyrithral artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Melt the coconut oil in the microwave in a large bowl.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Spread out on a baking sheet in one layer.
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
    Remove from the oven and let it rest so it will get crunchy.
    Serving size is 1/3 C.
