Spiced Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs sliced peaches
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/4 ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 45-50 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally and breaking peaches into small pieces with the back of a wooden spoon.
    Remove from heat. Cool completely.
    Store in airtight container for up to 2 months.
