Hank'S Dog House Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise, preferably homemade
3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk, for thinning

Preparation

Combine Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Blue Cheese, Garlic, Salt & Pepper --
Mixture will be very thick -- Stir in buttermilk to reach desired consistancy.
Chill overnight for flavors to blend.
