Orange Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (16-20 per pound)
6 large garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
sea salt (to taste)
Preparation

Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat.
Saute shrimp for 2 minutes or just until opaque.
Reduce heat and add garlic and salt.
Saute for 1 minute until garlic is soft.
Remove from heat and toss with orange zest.
Serve with crusty bread.
