Brain Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk
    1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
    1 tablespoon lecithin granules
    1 tablespoon flax seed oil, or hemp seed oil
    1 tablespoon wheat germ
    2 teaspoons greens powder (Barlean's Greens, Greens Plus, Green Magma...)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes blend till smooth and serve cold.
