Avocado And Fig Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 avocado, peeled and seeded
    3 large dried figs (you can also use 4 dates instead)
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 -2 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
Preparation
    Cut figs into little pieces. In a blender, add the 1/2 peeled and seeded avocado, figs, milk and sugar.
    Blend until smooth. Serve in a glass decorated with a fig.
