Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ounces fresh cranberries, washed
1 cup apple juice
1 cup white sugar
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice, can use just ground cloves
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, mix the apple juice, sugar and allspice (or cloves). Bring to a boil.
Add the cranberries and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 12 -15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow to come to room temp and chill.
