Cauliflower And Almond Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leek, white part only, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 ounces cauliflower, chopped
    2 potatoes, diced
    6 cups chicken stock
    1/2 cup blanched almond, chopped
    1/3 cup chives, chopped
    cream, to serve
Preparation
    Add first 5 ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours.
    Add almonds and use a hand held blender to puree to soup.
    Add half of the chives.
    To serve, laddle into bowls, drizzle with cream and sprinkle with remaining chives.
