Glazed Mini Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1 1/2 cups water
    400 g ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs, homemade
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    sea salt
    black pepper
    granulated garlic
Preparation
    Rinse quinoa thoroughly with hot water and cook in 1 1/2 cup of water for about 20 minutes.
    Mix and combine until uniform ground meat, cooked quinoa, egg, bread crumbs and spices.
    Shape the mixture into 4 oval loaves, flatten them a little and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Brush the mini meatloaves with glaze and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200\u00b0C.
    Glaze: mix ketchup and mustard until smooth.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and seasonal salad.
