Spinach Soup With Corn In Clear Broth - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    4 cups chicken broth
    2 cups corn
    6 ounces spinach, fresh baby
Preparation
    Put oil in a hot pot and add onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and garlic. Saute 2 minutes.
    Add broth and corn. Bring to a boil.
    Add spinach and wilt.
    Serve.
