Chili Egg Puff-Low Carb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1 lb grated monterey jack cheese
    1 pint cottage cheese
    8 ounces Ortega chiles
    1/2 cup Atkins baking mix
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into 9\" x 13\" greased pan
    Bake for 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
