Sweet Potato Casserole Ala Boston Market - cooking recipe

3 large sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Crunch topping
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation

Boil the sweet potatoes till tender.
When cool enough to handle, remove skin.
Put potatoes into a large bowl and whip until fluffy.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into buttered 6 x 10 Pyrex casserole dish.
Top with the crunch topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
