Fried Fresh Corn And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ears of corn (husks and silks removed)
    3 tablespoons butter (no subs!)
    2 -4 teaspoons sugar
    1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
    1 medium vidalia onion, finely chopped (not minced)
    1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Using a sharp knife remove the corn kernels from the cob (I use my electric knife).
    Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add in the corn, sugar and cayenne pepper; stir cooking for about 10 minutes.
    Add in chopped onions and continue to cook until crispy.
    Season with salt and ground lots black pepper.
