Ingredients

1 lb fresh blackberries
4 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 pinch salt
2 cups milk
2 -3 tablespoons brandy
powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Arrange berries in the bottom of a greased 10\" baking dish.
Combine eggs, egg yolks, flour, sugar, salt and milk in a blender or food processor.
Process until well mixed.
Pour batter over berries.
Place dish on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
Remove from oven and cool; batter may sink a little.
Just before serving, spoon brandy over top and dust with powdered sugar.
