Amish Creamed Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lima beans
    4 potatoes, diced
    2 ounces ham, cubed
    1 1/4 cups half-and-half
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Cover beans and potatoes with water and bring to a boil.
    simmer uncovered for twenty minutes.
    drain.
    add ham, half and half, butter, parsley and nutmeg and heat til almost boiling.
