Ingredients

8 large eggs
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup gruyere cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and black pepper
Preparation

place eggs, herbs, cheese and mustard in bowl, mix well.
heat butter in large nonstick frying pan over medium-low heat.
pour egg mixture into pan and cook for 1 minutes.
season, stir
keep stirring until eggs are done to desired consistency.
serve.
