Chive Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1/3 cup minced chives
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 egg
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Combine egg, buttermilk and margarine.
    Stir liquids into dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
