Sweet And Sour Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups fresh bean sprouts
    3/4 cup shredded carrot
    1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
    1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
    1/4 cup sliced green onion
    1/4 cup chopped banana pepper
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing well. Combine the vinegar and remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
    Pour the vinegar mixture over sprout mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill.
