Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 cups oats (quick or old-fashioned)
    3/4 cup blueberries
    1 egg
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add milk, egg and oil. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill 12 greased medium-sized muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes.
