Chocolate Ganache - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Set a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water.
Melt the chocolate with the cream in the bowl, stirring constantly until smooth.(Don't let the mixture boil!).
