Pea And Fennel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon honey
    12 ounces frozen peas, thawed
    1 fennel bulb, sliced thin
    2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pistachios
Preparation
    Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey and onion powder in a large bowl.
    Add the peas, fennel and tarragon to the bowl.
    Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Above steps can be done in advance. Top with nuts immediately before serving to maintain crispiness.
